- You must provide your Emirates Skywards membership number at the time of conversion.
- Your name on your FAB account must match your Emirates Skywards membership details.
- Conversions cannot be cancelled nor reversed.
- Availability and transfer rates of Skywards Miles may vary and are subject to change without notice.
FAB Rewards and FAB Al Futtaim Rewards
- Minimum conversion is 16 FAB Rewards / 12 FAB Al Futtaim Rewards and subsequent conversion multiples of the same.
- Skywards Miles will be credited within at least 3 business days
FAB Travel Card
- A minimum conversion into 400 Skywards Miles is required.
- Supplementary cardholders cannot request transfers.
- When converting, you authorize Emirates to collect and transfer select information including your name transaction details. FAB and Emirates data policy rules apply.
- FAB Miles will be deducted from your account when the conversion has been processed. Skywards Miles will be credited within 5 business days. This may take up to 15 days to reflect in your Emirates Skywards account.
