Citi® provides a broad range of financial products and services globally. Eligible Citi card members can now transfer Citi Rewards Points into Skywards Miles.
If you are an eligible Citi card member you can now convert your Citi Rewards Points into Skywards Miles and enjoy flight rewards, upgrades, hotel stays and more.
2.5 Citi Rewards Points = 1 Skywards Mile
How to convert your points
- Log in to your Citi Rewards account(Opens an external website in a new tab)
- Select Emirates Skywards from the list of points transfer partners
- Choose the number of Points you want to convert into Miles and enter your Emirates Skywards membership number
- A minimum of 1,000 Points is required for every transfer
- You will need to enter your Emirates Skywards membership number to complete a transfer.
- The account holder name must match exactly between the Citibank credit card account and Emirates Skywards account. Your Emirates Skywards membership number entered into the redemption process must match the number on your Emirates Skywards account. Mismatched details may cause transfer failures or delays.
- You may only transfer Points if you are a primary cardholder.
- A minimum of 1,000 Points should be transferred.
- A maximum of 500,000 Points can be transferred.
- Denominations of only 1,000 Points are allowed.
- Transfer service to Emirates Skywards is provided by a third-party administrator. By requesting the transfer of rewards to Emirates Skywards, you are authorising Citibank to send certain information to Emirates Skywards and our third-party administrator, including your name and surname, your Emirates Skywards membership number and the amount of Miles to transfer.
- Both the availability and transfer rates of Emirates Skywards may vary and are subject to change without notice.
- Transferred rewards will be deducted from your rewards balance immediately. Rewards may take up to 14 working days to be reflected in the account.
- Once transferred, the expiry and value of transferred rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of Emirates Skywards.
- All rewards transfers to Emirates Skywards are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
