How to transfer your Skywards Miles
Once you’ve earned a minimum of 2,000 Miles using your Liv. credit card, you will be able to transfer your Miles to your Emirates Skywards account.
- Just log in to your Liv. app
- Go to the Credit Card Product Rewards section
- Enter your Emirates Skywards membership number and specify how many Miles you would like to transfer.
The Miles you transfer will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days and you’ll be able to use them to enjoy your next reward.
- A minimum of 2,000 Miles is required before the transfer option can be enabled.
- Turnaround time for processing of transfer request is 7 - 10 working days.
- There is a 6-month lock-in period for the selected rewards programme, which means you cannot switch from a Skywards Miles program to another program within 6 months.
- Miles once transferred cannot be reversed and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct Emirates Skywards membership number is provided.
- Miles earning per month is capped at 6,667 Miles for Platinum and 10,000 Miles for World cardholders.
