How to convert your points
- Log in to Mashreq Mobile and click on Salaam Rewards.
- Then choose Convert to Skywards Miles and enter your membership number.
- Convert a minimum of 15,200 Salaam Points into Skywards Miles and start enjoying your rewards.
- To convert Mashreq Salaam Points into Skywards Miles, you must be an existing Emirates Skywards member and your membership number must be provided at the time of placing the conversion request.
- It would be the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Emirates Skywards membership number for the conversion request.
- Emirates and Mashreq Bank shall not be liable for any incorrect Mashreq Salaam Points transfer based on inaccurate information provided.
- To place a points conversion request, a minimum threshold of 15,200 Mashreq Salaam Points is applicable.
- Post the threshold of 15,200 Salaam Points, Mashreq Salaam Points can be converted into Skywards Miles in multiples of 32 Salaam Points.
- Mashreq Salaam Points will be deducted from the member’s reward balance immediately.
- Skywards Miles will be credited to the member’s Emirates Skywards account within 3 working days from the date of successful submission of the request.
- Following the submission of a conversion request, the conversion cannot be cancelled.
- Mashreq Salaam Points which have been converted to Skywards Miles cannot be converted back to Mashreq Salaam Points.
- Once converted, the expiry and value of the Skywards Miles will be subject to Emirates Skywards Programme Rules(Opens page in the same tab).
- Mashreq Salaam Points will be converted to Skywards Miles at the rate specified at the time of conversion.
