Delayed Baggage Certificate

If you would like to file an insurance claim for delayed baggage on an Emirates operated flight you took within the last two years, use this form to request a certificate.

Please note that we can’t process any requests submitted by a third party on your behalf, and it may take up to 30 days for us to send the certificate to the personal email address you provide.

If your baggage was delayed on a codeshare flight, please contact the operating carrier for assistance.
